Compacting Dies are tools to strand conductors and at the same time, compact/bunch them to a circular shape. Application include High, Medium and Low Voltage Power Cables and automotive low voltage wires (wire harness), that usually consist of several electrically conducting wires. These Compacting Dies are used to reduce the eddy current in the bunched wires and hence is a very important process in the overall electrical cable manufacturing.
